Is there a free plan?
Yes — up to 100 guests per month, 1 location, 1 user. No credit card required.
Do you charge per reservation or per cover?
Never. Flat monthly pricing; we don’t take a cut of your bookings, no matter how many guests you seat.
What counts as a guest?
1 guest = 1 waitlist entry or 1 reservation, counted at creation. Calendar month, resets on the 1st. No-shows count; cancellations made 24h+ after creation count.
What happens if I exceed my plan?
SMS sending pauses until the next billing cycle; the waitlist and reservation flows keep working. Upgrade in the dashboard to restore SMS immediately.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
